The theme for International Yoga Day 2024 is "Yoga for Wellness," emphasizing the holistic health benefits of yoga. Our Celebrations at CNC Infotech At CNC Infotech, we’ve organized a series of events to commemorate International Yoga Day: Morning Yoga Session: Our day began with an invigorating morning yoga session led by a certified yoga instructor. Employees gathered in our spacious courtyard to participate in a range of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation techniques. This session aimed to energize the body and calm the mind, setting a positive tone for the day. Yoga Workshops: We hosted workshops throughout the day, focusing on different aspects of yoga. Topics included stress management, the importance of posture in everyday life, and the benefits of mindfulness and meditation. These workshops were designed to be informative and interactive, encouraging participants to integrate yoga into their daily routines. Healthy Eating Seminar: Nutrition plays a crucial role in holistic health. Our seminar on healthy eating habits highlighted the importance of a balanced diet in complementing a regular yoga practice.
